The Femmes Militant
Yes, when the Mörderin kickstarter by John Blanche was announced, I rushed to support it. The only kickstarter I ever supported, and I'm glad I did it!
They're such beautiful models, incredibly detailed and, with all the limitations of 32mm plastic, so close to the art.
In fact, they're such great display models that they'd have deserved painting skills way beyond mine. But there was no way I was going to commision their paint job. My models, my painting, no matter what!
I first tackled the 'grim future' figures, with all their beautiful cybernetics, firearms, needles, and, most importantly, John Blanche's signature combat platform and high heels!!!
I've replciated the colour palette from the art as close as I could, only avoiding the checkers on the Boarding Hussar the stripes on Nasty Piece of Work, as I knew I couldn't do them. Instead, I went for a jellow and red quartered pattern on both of them. When assembling Jägerin, I decided to use the stretch goal Busby Hat rather than the default witch hunter one.
Having said that, I leave you with the pictures of the single models and their art.
